- Managing Director in the sale of over 50 companies with value ranges from approximately $5 million to $75 million and transaction values totaling over $1 billion.
- Experience in selling companies across a range of industries including Software, Business Services, Industrial/Manufacturing, Engineering Consulting/Technology, Retail/Consumer and Insurance.
Dan Parrett spent 20 years as a Managing Director in Citigroup Capital Strategies Middle Market Investment Bank (formerly known as The Geneva Companies until purchased by Citigroup in 2001) where he was a consistent top producer and award winning team leader. He was also Director of Development for CIGNA International where he played an instrumental role in two major insurance acquisitions valued at $250 million and $130 million. He was also a management consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc.
Dan has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and an MBA from New York University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 79 and 24 General Securities Principal licenses.
