Established in 1990, our focus is advisory
assignments including mergers and acquisitions,
divestitures, corporate restructuring, strategic alliances, fairness
opinions, and valuations. Knox & Co. specializes in representing
public and private company shareholders pursuing
acquisitions and divestitures in the middle market (generally transactions
of U.S. $1 billion or less). Knox & Co. offers the combination
of senior level attention typical of smaller firms, and the extensive
contacts and support normally available only from global advisory
firms. We draw on the considerable experience of our professionals
in initiating and closing transactions in a wide range of industries.
The scope of the firm's activities is both domestic and international
as we have a unique capability in advising clients on cross-border
