Knox & Co. Advises Meitec Corporation of Japan
on Sale of Two Divisions in U.S.

Westport, CT, January 16, 2006
– Knox & Co., a leading investment bank for middle-market
and cross-border mergers and acquisitions announced today that it
acted as financial advisor alongside Mitsubishi UFJ Securities Co.,
Ltd., to Meitec Corporation, of Japan for its recent divestiture
of two divisions in the U.S. owned by Meitec subsidiary, Novations
Group, Inc.
The VMS Division provides financial services consulting, training
and personnel staffing. The second division operating as the FLA
Division provides proprietary and custom video products in linear
and interactive form for the training and education of clients employees
and management. Each division was sold to separate buyers in separate
transactions.
