Jersey City Data Center Location Added to Portfolio

Suwanee, GA – October 24, 2006 – Quality Technology Services Holding LLC (QualityTech), a leading provider of data center facilities and managed services, announced a definitive agreement to purchase 100% of the interest in NTT Data USA LLC (NDU), a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT Data International L.L.C. The NDU purchase gives QualityTech a key data center presence in the New York City area with a 130,000 square foot facility and extensive customer relationships.

“We are excited about the growth of our business with the addition of an exceptional location in a key growth area” said Chad Williams, CEO of QualityTech. This is the fourth major purchase announced in the last fourteen months by Mr. Williams’ Kansas based company that controls over 1.5 million square feet in data center facilities located in Georgia, Kansas, Indiana, California and New Jersey.
