Knox & Co. advises NTT Data International, L.L.C., on its acquisition of the Revere Group

(“Knox & Co.”), a leading investment bank for middle-market and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, announced today that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to NTT Data Corporation (“NTT Data”) in connection with the majority acquisition of The Revere Group, Ltd., by NTT Data’s wholly-owned subsidiary, NTT Data International, L.L.C. The Revere Group, founded in 1991 and headquartered in Chicago, is a business consulting and IT solutions consulting firm. Its service offerings include IT Management Consulting, Enterprise Applications and Process Redesign, Project Management and IT Strategy, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, Custom Applications and Integration, Supply Chain Management and Outsourcing. The Revere Group has over 300 employees with offices in Chicago, Milwaukee, Boston, Charlotte, Orlando, Bangalore India, and Singapore. In order to broaden its IT service capabilities for customers in North America, NTT Data has been increasing its overseas resources.
